Defense Health Agency (DHA) external
The Defense Health Agency (DHA) is a joint, integrated Combat Support Agency that enables the Army, Navy, and Air Force medical services to provide a medically ready force and ready medical force to Combatant Commands in both peacetime and wartime. The DHA supports the delivery of integrated, affordable, and high quality health services to Military Health System (MHS) beneficiaries and is responsible for driving greater integration of clinical and business processes across the MHS.



Joint Operational Medicine Information Systems (JOMIS) external
JOMIS as part of the Defense Healthcare Management Systems (DHMS) is responsible for meeting existing and emerging operational medicine requirements in theater and fully leveraging MHS GENESIS configuration as the core application for accessing, capturing, and documenting medical and dental care in the operational environment. JOMIS will address the acquisition of any new capabilities to meet operational medicine requirements captured in the Theater Medical Information Requirements Capability Development Document.

GSA Schedule (also referred to as the Multiple Award Schedule (MAS)) is a long-term governmentwide contract with commercial firms providing federal, state, and local government buyers access to commercial supplies and services as volume discount pricing. Read more at GSA eLibrary.
2C4 provides services under the MAS SINs 54151S (IT Professional Services) and 5451HEA (Health IT Services).
This Multiple Award Schedule grants agencies direct access to our commercial experts who can thoroughly address the needs of the government IT community.

Pacific JITC IDIQ (Subcontract) external
Office of the Assistant Secretary of Defense/Health Affairs, TRICARE Management Activity: The Pacific Joint Information Technology Center (Pacific JITC)

The Pacific Joint Information Technology Center (Pacific JITC) based in Maui, Hawaii is the Military Health System (MHS) recognized center for research studies, proof of concept demonstrations and prototyping of Information Management/Information Technology (IM/IT) products and services to support Department of Defense (DoD) medical readiness requirements and IT modernization needs across the medical continuum of care. The Pacific JITC is a multiple award IDIQ contract that delivers biomedical/clinical, technical and other research and development services.



NITAAC CIO-SP3 (Subcontract) external
National Institutes of Health (NIH) Information Technology Acquisition and Assessment Center (NITAAC), Health and Human Services: The Chief Information Officer – Solutions and Partners 3 (CIO-SP3)

CIO-SP3 is a ten (10) year Indefinite Delivery/ Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) Government-wide Acquisition Contract (GWAC) contract with a $20B ceiling.

CIO-SP3 provides information technology (IT) solutions and services, including health and biomedical-related IT services to meet scientific, health, administrative, operational, managerial, and information management requirements. The contract also contains general IT services as medical systems are increasingly integrated within a broader IT architecture, requiring a systems approach to their implementation and a sound infrastructure for their operation.

Transformation Twenty-One Total Technology Next Generation (Subcontract) external
The Transformation Twenty-One Total Technology (T4) Next Generation (T4NG) is a multiple award indefinite-delivery, indefinite quantity (IDIQ) government-wide acquisition contract used for the procurement of IT services. With an estimated ceiling value of $23 billion, it provides federal agencies with a streamlined acquisition process for contracting with prequalified service-disabled veteran-owned small businesses. T4NG is anticipated to be one of the preferred methods for buying IT solutions for the VA.



USAMMA PASS IDIQ (Subcontract) external
The U.S. Army Medical Materiel Agency Professional and Administrative Support Services Indefinite Delivery/Indefinite Quantity (UASMMA PASS IDIQ) Contract is to provide continuous professional administrative and management support services for the USAMMA core competencies in its daily business operations. The general scope is to improve project management support services; studies and analysis; performance based financial management and analysis support; business process improvement; functional validation and verification; records management; information management; and medical supply chain and logistics management support services.
